Q. How can I register my colleagues?
Please submit a seperate online form for each visitor that you wish to pre-register.
Q Is entrance to the show free?
Entrance to the show is free for all trade visitors whether pre-registering or registering on the door. Please ensure that you have with you some proof that you are a trade visitor as you may be requested to verify your status, e.g. Business card, letter from your employer, etc.
Q. Can I visit the show if I am not in the trade?
Unfortunately not, the shows are strictly trade only.
Q. I'm a student - can I visit the show?
Yes, student day at the show is Thursday, 23rd of February 2011. Unless by prior arrangement, no students will be allowed into the show on opening day.
Q Can I bring my children with me?
No, as the show contains moving items of machinery, nobody under the age of 16 is allowed into the exhibition hall.
Q. Does the Ricoh Arena have creche facilities?
No, the Ricoh Arena has no creche facilities.
Q. Is there wheelchair access to the arena and the show?
Yes, the arena has excellent wheelchair access and the arena entrance and the show hall are at ground floor level
Q Are the seminars free?
Yes, all the seminars are completely free.
Q. Do the seminars have to be booked in advance?
No, the seminars cannot be booked in advance, seats will be available on a first-come, first-seated basis.
Q. Are all of the seminars CPD accredited?
No, some of the seminars will not be CPD accredited. This information will be clearly displayed on the seminars page of this website.
