Build-up and Breakdown Passes (BUBD) - Personnel and Vehicle
Personnel BUBD passes can be downloaded by following this link -
each download contains 4 passes on a single sheet in PDF format and the procedure is:
1. Print the downloaded file
2. Cut out the 4 passes
3. Write in the name of the pass holder, the name of the exhibiting company and the stand number
4. To validate your pass, simply email us with your company name, stand number and the names of all personnel issued with passes.
Important Note - All show security staff will have a list of validated passes and are under strict instructions that anyone not on their list will be refused admittance - there will be no exceptions!
Please do not confuse the BUBD passes with those required to enter the show on the 22nd and 23rd of February 2012 - these are different passes and are issued by the show data house, see Exhibitor Badges below.
Vehicle BUBD passes can be downloaded by following this link - each download contains 1 vehicle pass in PDF format and the procedure is as follows:
1. Print the downloaded file
2. Write in the registration number of the vehicle, the name of the exhibiting company and the stand number.
3. To validate your pass, simply email us with your company name, stand number and the vehicle registration number of the vehicle covered by the pass.
4. Fix the pass onto the windscreen of the vehicle (printed side facing out!) so that it is clearly visible from the outside.
Hire Vehicles
If you intend to use or hired vehicle and are unable to get the registration number in advance, simply email us with the details and write "Hired Vehicle". As long as the pass is displayed and the driver and occupants have valid BUBD passes, the vehicle will be admitted.
Exhibits delivered by Haulage Contractor
Put the name of the haulage contractor where the registration number would normally go and ensure that you send in this name with the validating email.
Important Note - All show security staff will have a list of validated passes and are under strict instructions that any vehicle not on their list will be refused admittance - there will be no exceptions!
All seems a bit of a rigmarole?
We agree but the whole system is set up to protect your valuables - we are OK, all of our things will be secure in the event organisers offices that are never left unmanned!
There are sophisticated thieves operating exhibition theft and the vulnerable times are during both build-up and breakdown - these thieves have been known to use liveried vans and personnel, they know the jargon of the industry and do their research well.
So we need a system that can combat this and that is what we have created to make sure all of your goods and valuables are secure - not a single theft was reported at the show last year.
Exhibitor Badges
To order exhibitor badges, i.e. those needed to enter the show when it is open on the 22nd and 23rd of February, 2012, follow this link - these badges will be available for collection from the registration area at the show from 12.00 on Tuesday 21 February onwards.
We recommend that you collect your badges on the Tuesday 21st of February, afternoon or before 08.30 on show opening day to avoid any delays caused by visitors once the show opens.
Please note that for any personnel also to be present during the build-up phase, BUBD passes must also be applied for - see above.

Not only is it faster and more professional than frantically scribbling details down on a pad but you avoid the chance of errors in vital syntax such as email addresses and also get the data presented to you in a .CSV spreadsheet that is ready to go as a database for you to send follow up emails to all of your stand visitors.
